    Indications:

    ACC Optima Hot is used as a medicine to thin the secretion of the respiratory tract and facilitate its expectoration in patients with bronchitis associated with a cold.

    Properties:

    ACC Optima Hot contains the active substance acetylcysteine. Acetylcysteine reduces the viscosity of bronchial secretions and facilitates its expectoration.

    Composition:

    The active substance is: acetylcysteine. 1 sachet (3 g of powder) contains 600 mg of acetylcysteine.
    The other ingredients are: sucrose, ascorbic acid. sodium saccharin, lemon flavor (Permaseal No. 10964-51), honey flavor (Permaseal No. 73425-31).

    Use:

    Adults and adolescents over 14 years of age:
    The content of 1 sachet of ACC Optima Hot once a day (corresponding to 600 mg of acetylcysteine per day).
    ACC Optima Hot should not be used in children under 14 years of age.
    Do not use ACC Optima Hot for more than 4 to 5 days without your doctor's advice.
