    Description

    AkusTone alert is recommended in inflammations of the outer ear (Otitis externa) manifested by pain, itching and redness and associated with, for example, improper hygiene, the presence of a wax plug or the so-called swimmer's ear.

    AkusTone alert:

    • it is recommended in inflammation of the outer ear (Otitis externa), manifested by: - ​​pain, - itching, - redness,
    • creates conditions that inhibit the development of pathogenic microorganisms,
    • moisturizes and soothes irritations,
    • for preventive use in people with a tendency to the so-called swimmer's ear.
    AkusTone alert creates conditions in the external ear canal that inhibit the growth of pathogenic microorganisms such as bacteria and fungi, which are the main causes of otitis externa. Additionally, the product uses aromatic oils: geranium and tea tree, which are also natural preservatives that prevent the growth of microorganisms. The glycerol contained in the drops, thanks to its moisturizing and coating properties, soothes irritations, and also softens the wax plug, pressing on the walls of the ear canal, facilitating its removal. AkusTone alert can also be used preventively in people with a tendency to recurrent infections of the external auditory canal associated with frequent or long contact with water (the so-called swimmer's ear).

    Application and handling of the product:

    The product is intended for local use in the external ear canal by adults and children over 3 years of age.
    In inflammation of the outer ear, unless your doctor tells you otherwise: 1-2 drops 3-4 times a day.
    To prevent infections of the external ear canal (so-called swimmer's ear): 1-2 drops after swimming in the pool.
    The dropper (the tip of the applicator) should not be inserted deep into the ear so as not to damage the hearing organ.

    Composition:

    purified water, glycerol, polysorbate 80, tea tree oil, cetylpyridinium chloride, acetic acid, geranium oil, sodium acetate.

    Special warnings and recommended precautions:

    Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the product. Do not use in the case of perforation of the tympanic membrane, open wounds or foreign bodies in the ear, as well as in combination with other topical ear products. Do not use in the eyes, nose or mouth. Do not use the device in the ear with the hearing aid on. The product should be applied at least one hour before inserting the hearing aid.
    Any severe earache is an indication for consultation with a doctor. Always consult a doctor for ear pain in children. The product is intended for temporary use. If you do not feel better after 2 days, or you feel worse within 2 days of starting treatment, consult your doctor. Additional symptoms such as fever, ear leakage or suspected presence of a foreign body in the ear canal is an indication for consultation with a doctor.

    Place and storage conditions:

    Keep out of the reach of children. Store in the original, tightly closed packaging. Care should be taken to maintain appropriate storage conditions for the product. Do not use the product after the expiry date.
