    ALAnerv ON is a dietary supplement made on the basis of alpha-lipoic acid, gamma-linolenic acid, honokiol, vitamins B1, B2, B5, B6, vitamin E and selenium.

    Application:

    dietary supplementation with the active ingredients of the preparation.

    Recommended intake:

    1-2 capsules once a day, preferably given once during a meal.

    Ingredients:

    alpha-lipoic acid (thioctanoic acid); borage oil (Borago officinalis L, semi) standardized for the content of polyunsaturated fatty acids; food gelatin; humectant: glycerol; triglycerides of fatty acids; Magnolia dry extract (Magnolia officinalis Rehder & Wilson, bark) standardized to 90% honokiol content; emulsifier: soy lecithin in soybean oil; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; humectant: polyglycerol oleate; natural vitamin E (d-αtocopherol in sunflower oil); complex of group B vitamins: vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B5 (calcium d-pantothenate), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate), dye: titanium dioxide; dye: red iron oxide; sodium selenite.

    I had muscle problems. They were often tense and there was such a blockage in the leg, for example, that it was difficult to walk. The physiotherapist suggested the lack of vitamin B, recommended Alanerv. I already use 2 packs, the problems with the aching leg are gone. I recommend.

    A very good set to replenish vitamin deficiencies in older people. I'm buying it for my mom. I would love to take it too, but unfortunately it is very expensive.
