    GUTTALAX DROPS 30 ML

    A locally acting OTC laxative that causes stimulation of bowel movements and softens the stool. To be used in patients with constipation and in conditions where it is necessary to facilitate emptying intestinal contents.

    Unless otherwise prescribed, the recommended dosage is as follows:

    Adults and children over 10 years: 10-20 drops once.
    Children 4-10 years: 5-10 drops once.
    Children under 4 years: The recommended dose is 250 micrograms per kg of body weight.

    Take the preparation at bedtime; emptying of the intestine will occur the following morning. Take the recommended measured amount with a little liquid. The effect occurs generally in the range of 6 to12 hours after administration of the preparation.

    During pregnancy and lactation, the product should be taken only after consulting a doctor.
    Children must not take medication without medical advice.
