MAXIGRA GO. Use instruction.
Indications: Maxigra Go is a medicinal product indicated for use in adult men in the case of erectile dysfunction, i.e. the inability to obtain or maintain a penile erection sufficient for sexual intercourse. In order for Maxigra Go to work effectively, sexual stimulation is required.
Properties: Maxigra Go belongs to the group of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. It works by helping to relax the blood vessels in your penis and by increasing the flow of blood into your penis when you are sexually aroused. Maxigra Go will only help you to get an erection if you are sexually stimulated. It is used to treat male erectile dysfunction, also known as impotence. This medicine is presented as white, triangular, biconvex tablets, engraved with '25' on one side. The drug is available without a prescription!
Composition: Each chewable tablet contains 25 mg of sildenafil formed in situ with 35.12 mg of sildenafil citrate. Excipients with known effect: Each tablet contains 2.15 mg of aspartame (E951) and 70.4575 mg of lactose monohydrate.
Use: The drug should be used according to the doctor's instructions. If in doubt, consult your doctor or pharmacist. The recommended starting dose is 25 mg. Maxigra Go should not be used more than once a day. Take the Maxigra drug about an hour before planned sexual activity. Contact your doctor if you have taken more tablets than recommended. In case of any doubts regarding the use of the drug, consult a physician or pharmacist.
Important information: Maxigra Go is contraindicated in the case of:
- hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients;
- concomitant use of drugs that release nitric oxide (such as amyl nitrite) or nitrates in any form;
- men for whom sexual activity is inadvisable (e.g. patients with severe cardiovascular diseases such as unstable angina or severe heart failure);
- patients who lost sight in one eye as a result of non-arteritic anteriorischaemic optic neuropathy (NAION), whether or not related to prior inhibitor exposure PDE5.
The concomitant use of PDE5 inhibitors, including sildenafil, and guanylate cyclase stimulants, such as riociguat, is contraindicated as it may lead to symptomatic hypotension.
The safety of sildenafil has not been studied in the following groups of patients: patients with severe hepatic insufficiency, hypotension (blood pressure <90/50 mm Hg), recent stroke or myocardial infarction, and with known hereditary retinal degenerative changes such as retinitis pigmentosa (a small proportion of these patients have genetically determined retinal phosphodiesterase abnormalities). The use of sildenafil in these patients is contraindicated.
Storage: Keep the drug out of the reach and sight of children.
