    Features:

    Due to the content of xylometazoline hydrochloride, the preparation is responsible for the local vasoconstrictive action and the reduction of mucosal hyperemia and swelling. It helps to reduce the amount of secretions. In case of obstruction, it facilitates nasal breathing. It has moisturizing properties and prevents excessive drying of the mucosa. Additionally, it supports the process of the outflow of secretions from the inflamed sinuses. The preparation is characterized by quick action, which is observed after just a few minutes and lasts for up to 10 hours. It moisturizes and prevents drying of the mucosa.     Directions for use:

    Use nasally. In the case of adults and children over 6 years of age, use 1 spray dose in each nostril, repeating the action x 3-4 / 24h.

    For me, No. 1 among sprays for a stuffy nose, I use it every time I have a runny nose and I don't replace it with any other, it doesn't dry out the mucous membranes and it's great. You can't use it for too long because it has the opposite effect.

    The drops work on my runny nose as well as on my husband as one of the few on the market. It unblocks the nose quickly and for a long time without drying the mucous membranes. The price is not too high for this effect.

    Without this preparation, my husband does not function. He has been taking Otrivin for several years, although doctors recommend a break in use. His other drops don't work.

    I recommend. I use it myself, 5 minutes and there is no runny nose anymore, it clears my nose quickly, I can live to see it easily. It can not be used for a long time, it can become addictive. I recommend using Max for 3 days.

    The drug clears the nose very quickly after instillation. Its effect lasts for several hours. When I use it before bedtime, I sleep peacefully (I don't have a problem with breathing). We have been using this drug for several years and I will not change it for any other.
