    Product description

    Abufen is a gynecological preparation indicated for the treatment of hot flashes associated with menopause.
    It has a direct effect exclusively on peripheral cutaneous vasodilation, which leads to autonomic hot flashes, a feeling of warmth, heat, and headache.

    Compound

    active ingredient: 1 tablet contains beta-alanine 400 mg;
    excipients: magnesium stearate, glycerol palmitostearate, silicon dioxide colloidal water, wheat starch.

    Contraindications

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation. Hypersensitivity or intolerance to gluten, because the preparation contains wheat starch.

    Mode of application

    Abufen apply inside. Take 1 to 2 tablets per day (before the main meal). This dose can be increased up to 3 tablets per day.
    The minimum course of treatment is from 5 to 10 days (until the hot flashes stop).
    With the resumption of hot flashes, treatment can be carried out during the entire period of clinical vasomotor disorders, without limiting the time of use.

    Application features

    The preparation is recommended for use in premenopause, menopause of various etiologies and postmenopausal period before hormone replacement therapy and in combination with hormone replacement therapy. Unlike other preparations, beta-alanine does not lead to fluid retention and weight gain. Signs of addiction to the preparation were not found. There is no sedative effect. In case of adverse reactions from the skin (rash, itching), treatment should be discontinued.
