    Product description

Dietary supplement Adenomac (20 pcs) is designed to improve the functioning of the liver and biliary tract.

    Active ingredients

S-adenosyl-L-methionine (ademetionine) is a natural amino acid that is present in almost all tissues and body fluids. Ademetionine primarily acts as a coenzyme and methyl group donor in many transmethylation reactions, which is an important metabolic process in humans and animals. The transfer of methyl groups (transmethylation) of ademetionine is also an important metabolic process in the construction of the phospholipid membrane of cells and plays a role in membrane fluidity.

    Indications for use

Recommended for use in diets exclusively under the supervision of a physician in conditions accompanied by a decrease in the biosynthesis of hepatic S-adenosyl-L-methionine (the influence of harmful effects of environmental factors, chronic disorders of the digestive system, alcohol consumption), as an additional source of S-adenosyl-L - methionine in order to maintain the normal function of the digestive system, general strengthening of the body.

    Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any excipient of the preparation (see Section "Composition").
Genetic defects affecting the methionine cycle and / or causing homocystinuria and / or hyperhomocysteinemia (eg, cystathionine beta-synthase deficiency, defect in vitamin B12 metabolism).

    Special instructions

    Application during pregnancy or lactation.
Although in the course of clinical studies in women who were treated with ademetionine in the third trimester of pregnancy, no adverse reactions were observed. Ademetionine in the I and II trimester of pregnancy should be used only after a doctor's careful assessment of the benefit to the pregnant / risk to the fetus ratio.
During breastfeeding, ademetionine is used only when the benefits of its use outweigh the risk to the infant. Only under medical supervision.
    Children
The safety and efficacy of using ademetionine in children have not been established.
The ability to influence the reaction rate when driving vehicles or other mechanisms.
Dizziness may occur in some patients during ademetionine therapy. In such cases, one should refrain from driving vehicles or working with other mechanisms until the symptoms disappear completely, which may affect the reaction rate during these activities.
    Method of administration and dosage
For adults, take 1 tablet orally per day or as directed by a doctor.
The duration of treatment depends on the severity of the course of the disease and is determined by the doctor individually.
The tablets should be swallowed without chewing. Adenomac tablets are coated with a special membrane that dissolves only in the intestine, due to which ademetionine is released in the duodenum. For better absorption of the active substance and for the full therapeutic effect, the tablets should be used between meals.
The tablet of the preparation Adenomac should be removed from the blister immediately before taking. If the integrity of the packaging is violated, you must refrain from using them.
