    Mode of application

"Airtal ®", film-coated tablets are intended for oral administration and should be taken with at least ½ glass of liquid. It is advisable to take "Airtal®" with food.
Adverse events can be minimized if the duration of administration of the preparation is the shortest necessary to control symptoms.
The maximum recommended dose for adults is 200 mg per day in two doses of 100 mg (one tablet is taken in the morning and one tablet in the evening).

    Application features

    Pregnant
During the first and second trimesters of pregnancy, preparations that contain aceclofenac should not be used unnecessarily. If aceclofenac is taken by a woman who plans to become pregnant or is in the first or second trimester of pregnancy, the dose should be as low as possible and the duration of treatment should be as short as possible.
"Airtal ®", like other inhibitors of cyclooxygenase / prostaglandin synthesis, can reduce fertility and is not recommended for women planning pregnancy. Women who have difficulty conceiving or are being tested for fertility should stop taking Airtal®.
    Children
There is no clinical data on the use of the preparation "Airtal ®" for children, therefore this preparation is not recommended for use in this age group.
    Drivers
Patients who experience such phenomena as weakness, dizziness, vertigo or other symptoms from the central nervous system should not drive vehicles or other dangerous machinery while taking NSAIDs.

    Overdose

There is no evidence of an overdose of aceclofenac in humans.
    Possible Symptoms
Headache, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, dizziness, drowsiness, irritation of the gastrointestinal tract, gastrointestinal bleeding, diarrhea, disorientation, agitation, coma, ringing in the ears, arterial hypotension, respiratory depression, loss of consciousness, convulsions. In cases of severe poisoning, acute renal failure and liver dysfunction may occur.
    Treatment
Treatment of acute NSAID poisoning consists in the use of antacids (if necessary) and other supportive and symptomatic treatment of complications such as arterial hypotension, renal failure, convulsions, irritation of the gastrointestinal tract mucosa and respiratory depression.
Treatment of acute poisoning when taking aceclofenac inside is to prevent absorption of the preparation by gastric lavage and the use of activated charcoal (repeated doses) as soon as possible after an overdose. Forced diuresis, dialysis or hemoperfusion may not be effective enough to remove NSAIDs due to the high degree of binding of NSAIDs to blood proteins and extensive metabolism.

    Side effects

Most often, adverse reactions were associated with the gastrointestinal tract.

    Storage conditions

Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° C, out of the reach of children.
