    MSM Organic Sulfur by Aliness is a dietary supplement in the form of a powder that helps supplement the daily diet with sulfur, which is so important for our body. It supports the maintenance of joints, cartilage and tendons in good condition. It also has a beneficial effect on the skin, hair and nails.

    Properties:

    The MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) on which the MSM organic sulfur dietary supplement is based is nothing more than pure, organic sulfur. In nature, sulfur is found in fresh vegetables, fruits, grain products, fresh cow's milk and tea. Unfortunately, it is quite delicate. For this reason, it can be easily destroyed, e.g. by cooking, pasteurizing, freezing or irradiating food. Sulfur, after calcium and phosphorus, is the third most common mineral in our body. More than half of it is found in muscles, skin and bones. Organic sulfur (MSM) has remarkable prophylactic and therapeutic properties. It has a detoxifying, detoxifying, rebuilding and anabolic effect. It is a component of keratin, i.e. a protein that is extremely important for healthy and strong hair and nails. Sulfur is also essential for strong collagen. Therefore, it is needed by all joints, tendons and cartilage. The consequence of its deficiency is the lack of elasticity of the elastic tissue. As a result, muscles and joints stiffen and the tissue of the lungs and blood vessels becomes less elastic. Without the right amount of sulfur, all connections between cells lose their elasticity and the cell membrane becomes hard and less permeable.     Use:

    The recommended daily dose of the Aliness MSM dietary supplement. Organic sulfur is a quarter to half of a scoop dissolved in water or juice. Drink the mixture straight away, preferably with a meal.
