    The Aliness Selen SeLECT dietary supplement is intended for use as a supplement to the daily diet with selenium. Recommended for smokers and those living in areas poor in selenium. It is also indicated for use in the case of infertility, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis and inflammations. It can be successfully used by vegetarians.

    Properties:

    Selenium is one of the most important elements, especially recommended for its antioxidant properties. It helps protect cells against the harmful effects of oxidative stress. Supports the immune system and the proper functioning of the thyroid gland. In men, it supports the proper course of the spermatogenesis process. It also supports the maintenance of beautiful and healthy hair and nails. Aliness Selen Select dietary supplement L-selenomethionine 200mcg contains the organic form of selenium, i.e. L-selenomethionine in the patented form of SeleniumSelect®! It is bioavailable and is better absorbed than other chemical forms of selenium, which allows for a better effect. Moreover, it is considered a safer form than sodium selenite. The preparation contains a minimum content of technological substances. It is free from gluten, lactose, soy, as well as dyes and magnesium stearate.

    Ingredients:

    bulking agent: calcium phosphates, selenium (L-selenomethionine SeleniumSelect®), anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide
    The content of selenium (L-selenomethionine SeleniumSelect®) in one tablet, i.e. the recommended daily dose, is 200 mcg (364% of the reference intake value).

    Use:

    1 tablet daily. It is best to take the tablet with a meal.
    Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
