    indications

    Externally: in the course of colds (for rubbing), in headaches, muscle pains, in order to reduce the symptoms of insect bites; internally: in digestive ailments (dyspeptic), e.g. flatulence and indigestion.

    Composition

    1g of the preparation contains active substances: menthol 17.23mg, citronella oil 1.00mg, clove oil 1.00mg, cinnamon oil 2.40mg, lemon oil 5.70mg, peppermint oil 2.40mg, lavender oil 2.40mg and excipients : ethanol 96%, water.

    Action

    Relaxes, warms, soothes, disinfects, improves circulation.

    Dosage

    Rub externally to improve malaise: rub a small amount of the product undiluted several times a day. In order to reduce the discomfort of insect bites, wipe the area after the bite with a cotton swab soaked in the product in undiluted form. Orally in digestive ailments, 10 to 15 drops of the product with liquid or sugar, should be taken as an emergency, from 3 times a day.

    Contraindications

    Allergy to the ingredients of the preparation. Do not use in children under 12 years of age. Bronchial asthma and other respiratory diseases accompanied by severe respiratory tract hypersensitivity.

    The product has been available for years. My mother used it when I was little, and now I "treat" my daughter with it when she has a cough or runny nose (by rubbing) and of course she uses it herself. It is strong, so you need to apply cream before rubbing your temples, neck or back, but it warms up well and is effective. My husband uses a few drops in a dry sauna as an essential oil. You can also make inhalations with it for sinus problems by adding a few drops to a bowl of hot water.
