    Product description

    Spray for skin with a dosing device Argett is indicated for the local symptomatic treatment of pain and inflammation as a result of injuries to the joints and periarticular tissues.

    Structure

    Active substance: diclofenac sodium;
    1 g of solution contains diclofenac sodium - 40 mg;
    Excipients: isopropyl alcohol; ascorbyl palmitate; propylene glycol; water, purified peppermint oil; sodium dihydrogen phosphate, dihydrate; sodium phosphate, dodecahydrate; Trilon B (Trilon B) lecithin; ethanol.

    Contraindications

    hypersensitivity to the active substance, peanuts, soybeans or to any of the excipients of the preparation.
    hypersensitivity to acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs (NSAIDs).
    attacks of bronchial asthma, urticaria or acute rhinitis due to the intake of acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory preparations in history.

    Mode of application

    Apply the required amount of Argett spray to the affected area. Depending on the size, it is necessary to treat the skin surface by 4-5 pressings of the bottle (0.8-1 g of a spray containing 32-40 mg of sodium diclofenac). Apply the preparation 3 times a day at regular intervals. Do not exceed the maximum single dose of 1 g (5 clicks) of the preparation. The maximum daily dose is 15 pressures (3 g spray containing 120 mg of diclofenac sodium).
    Arguette spray should be gently rubbed into the skin and hands should be washed thoroughly, unless they are the site of treatment.
    When symptoms (pain and swelling) have subsided, treatment can be stopped. You should not continue treatment for more than 7 days without consulting a doctor. If there is no improvement after 3 days of treatment, you should consult your doctor.

    On the part of the skin and subcutaneous tissue: infrequently - mild and temporary skin reactions at the site of application, itching, dryness, hyperemia, burning sensation, contact dermatitis (for example, localized skin rash, itching, erythema, papules); isolated - generalized skin reactions, urticaria, angioedema, photosensitivity; rare - bullous dermatitis.
    On the part of the digestive system: abdominal pain, dyspepsia, disorders of the digestive tract may occur.
    From the respiratory system: single - bronchospasm; rare - bronchial asthma.
    From the immune system: rarely - allergic reactions.

    Interaction

    The systemic bioavailability of diclofenac with this dosage form is very low. Therefore, the risk of interactions with other preparations is low. Co-administration with other NSAIDs can lead to an increase in the frequency of adverse reactions.
