Aromatol is an aromatic herbal medicine for external and oral use, intended for adults and adolescents over 12 years of age.
Externally, Aromatol is used to improve malaise, e.g. in case of a cold (for rubbing, inhalation or rinsing the throat), in headaches, muscle pains, after insect bites.
Aromatol can be used orally in digestive ailments (dyspeptic disorders), e.g. flatulence, indigestion. Levomenthol, which is the main ingredient of the preparation, shows choleretic and spasmolytic effects.
Aromatol is a traditional herbal medicine containing a combination of levomenthol and essential oils:
100 g of Aromatol contains: Levomentholum (levomenthol) 1.72 g, Limonis aetheroleum (lemon oil) 0.57 g, Cinnamomi zeylanici corticis aetheroleum (oil from Ceylon cinnamon bark) 0.24 g, Menthae arvensis aetheroleum partim mentjek privum (oleander oil) field mint, with reduced menthol content) 0.24 g, Lavandulae aetheroleum (lavender oil) 0.24 g, Citronellae aetheroleum (citronella oil) 0.1 g, Caryophylli floris aetheroleum (clove oil) 0.1 g and auxiliary substances: ethanol 96% and purified water.
Oral use
In digestive ailments (dyspeptic disorders), e.g. indigestion, flatulence: 1 to 3 times a day, take 10 to 15 drops of Aromatol mixed with water.
Cutaneous use
For rubbing: rub Aromatol 1 to 3 times a day until the skin surface becomes dry.
In order to reduce the discomfort of insect bites: wipe the area after the bite with a cotton pad moistened with Aromatol.
For gargling
Dilute approximately 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of Aromatol in approximately 250 ml (a glass) of warm water, rinse the throat and mouth 1 to 3 times a day.
Use in the form of inhalation (for colds)
Dilute approximately 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of Aromatol in approximately 250 ml (a glass) of hot water and inhale the resulting vapors for a few minutes. Repeat the inhalation up to 3 times a day.
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation.
