    BeOrganic BIOVit & Min's are dietary supplements that will supplement your diet with natural vitamins and minerals in the form of organic plant extracts, standardized for the content of nutrients. BeOrganic Folian BIO contains a daily dose of 600 µg of natural folate obtained from powdered spinach leaves.

    Ingredients:

    Ecological extract of spinach leaves (Spinacia oleracea) standardized for the content of 10% folate, filling substance: ecological acacia fiber.
    Organic spinach leaf extract (Spinacia oleracea) - 6 mg (1 tablet)
    including folates - 600 mcg (1 tablet) - 300% (RWS *)

    Properties:

    Spinach is one of the best natural sources of folic acid in the form of well-absorbed folate.
    Spinach is a superfood and is rich in many other valuable nutrients such as proteins, vitamins and minerals.
    Folic acid is the main component necessary to neutralize homocysteine, the excess of which causes damage to blood vessels and can cause embolism, stroke, stroke, infarction, and in pregnant women it poses a great risk of developing fetal defects.
    The role of folate in the body:
