Preterm newborns - the content of 1 capsule daily until the corrected age of 40 weeks of pregnancy is reached. Children aged 1-18, the content of 1 capsule a day, in the case of obesity, the content of 2 capsules a day. Adults 1 to 2 capsules a day, all year round, if effective skin synthesis of vitamin D is not ensured in the summer months.

Capsule contents: sunflower oil, vitamin D (cholecalciferol); capsule shell: gelatin, humectant - glycerol.
