Description
Product description
Candid solution is used for topical treatment of oral candidiasis. Pharyngomycosis.
Compound
Active ingredient: clotrimazole;
1 ml clotrimazole 10 mg;
Excipients: propylene glycol, glycerin.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to clotrimazole or other components of the drug, including propylene glycol and glycerin.
Dosage and administration
Apply 10-20 drops of Candid to the affected areas of the oral mucosa with a cotton swab 3-4 times a day. All affected areas of the oral mucosa should be treated with the drug. Usually a positive result from the application is observed on the 3rd-5th day of treatment, however, in some cases, treatment can be continued until the signs of infection disappear completely. During and after treatment, special attention must be paid to the elimination of any exposure that may lead to the return of the infection.
