    CENTRUM SHE  is a complete set of vitamins and minerals for women.
    Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12 as well as iron, manganese and magnesium contribute to maintaining proper energy metabolism. Vitamins A, C and D as well as folic acid, copper, selenium and zinc help in the proper functioning of the immune system. Biotin and zinc help maintain healthy skin and hair. Selenium helps keep nails healthy. Calcium is needed to maintain healthy bones. Vitamin D and K help maintain healthy bones.
