The Cholispar dietary supplement contains L-ornithine L-aspartate and choline. L-ornithine L-aspartate is a compound that consists of two amino acids: ornithine and aspartic acid. They take part in the urea cycle - a series of metabolic changes taking place primarily in the liver. In turn, choline supports the proper functioning of the liver and promotes the maintenance of proper fat and homocysteine metabolism. Moreover, it is a precursor and a component of phospholipids, such as phosphatidylcholine, which are a building component of cell membranes.
