    I have been taking Colon C regularly for 5 years, one teaspoon in the morning 10 minutes before breakfast according to the instructions on the package. Problems with emptying, constipation - this is a very distant story. I highly recommend.

    Before using COlon C, I had already tried various preparations with fiber, but I was not satisfied. I had huge problems with bowel movements and had to help myself with senna teas, etc. I have been taking Colon C regularly (once a day) for about 2 years and all problems have disappeared. If it helped me with constipation, it will probably help everyone! I RECOMMEND!!!

    I suffered from constipation and reached for laxatives, which I became addicted to. Without them, there was no way to have a bowel movement, but Colon C saved me! After stopping laxatives, I used Colon C every day and after less than a week it started working! I have been taking it regularly for years, once a day. I defecate everyday!

    In my opinion, a very effective product when it comes to helping with digestion, I'm a bit worried that my body won't get used to it and get lazy, so I'm already taking the second package and I also bought it for my son. When it comes to losing weight, there is nothing to count on without diet and exercise, Colon himself is not a miracle worker, unfortunately. But it definitely detoxifies the body.

    It works gently but effectively. I have the impression that it causes mild but unpleasant intestinal cramps in me, a few hours after drinking this mixture. It certainly improves bowel function, but I doubt it will help with severe constipation after a short period of use. Its effectiveness is certainly the result of regular use.
