    Dosage

    Treatment should be started as soon as possible after the wound has healed / sutures have been removed and there is no more exudate. Rub the gel gently into the skin or scar tissue several times a day until completely absorbed. In case of hard and old scars, you can put a gel dressing overnight. Treatment lasts from several weeks to several months, depending on the size of the scar or the presence of contracture.

    Composition

    1 g of gel contains:
    active substances: sodium heparin 50 IU, liquid onion extract 100 mg, allantoin 10 mg.
    excipients: sorbic acid, methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, xanthan gum (Kelfrol F), polyethylene glycol 200, fragrance oil (Fragrance 231616), purified water.

    Action

    The preparation stimulates wound healing and counteracts non-physiological scar formation.

    Contraindications

    Hypersensitivity to the active substances - heparin, onion liquid extract, allantoin or any of the excipients of the preparation, unhealed wounds, scars covering large areas of the skin, damaged skin, mucous membranes.

    Side effects

    In rare cases, local skin irritation may occur.

    The right consistency of the gel - quite well absorbed. The smell is not very pleasant, but it is not very perceptible and I feel it only when applying the gel. Besides, it's actually a medicine, not a cosmetic :) Due to the short time of use, I can't comment on the efficiency and effectiveness of the product yet.

    I've been using it for about a month on a really big postoperative scar, so I'll probably see the effects in a while, but when I rubbed a small, several-centimeter burn, there's almost no trace! And after burns, they always left me, so I believe that it works for smaller and fresh scars for sure.

    you have to wait for the effects, but if the gel is used right after the wound has healed - it is effective (I haven't tried it with old scars). the price is quite high, but most importantly, it works. it has a nice smell, spreads easily and absorbs quickly (the consistency of a watery gel).

    Very good product, I use it again for the scar after c-section. It brightened it up very nicely, made it more flexible, the scar is less visible and flatter. You just need to use it regularly, as written on the leaflet. The big advantage is that it is colorless and does not smell.

    I use this scar gel for old tendon adhesions inside my hand.
    These adhesions over time lead to a situation where neither the hand nor the fingers can be straightened.
    It is operated operatively. But these treatments are different.
    Sometimes a finger is immobilized or worse.
    I've seen such situations after my friends' surgeries. Distorted fingers and sometimes hands.
    Slowly, but the tendon growths protruding from under the skin become elastic and slowly smaller.
    Most importantly, it's painless.
