Delmar nasal spray is recommended for use in children aged 1 to 7 years 1-3 times a day, 1-2 injections into each nasal passage; in children aged 7-16 years - 2-4 times a day, 2 injections into each nasal passage; in adults - 3–6 times a day, 2–3 injections into each nasal passage.
To soften and remove nasal secretions:
In cases where significant accumulations of secretions have collected in the nasal passage, Delmar is injected into each nasal passage as much as the situation requires.
