Desradin® is indicated for adults and children over 12 years of age to eliminate symptoms associated with:
Active substance: desloratadine;
1 coated tablet contains 5 mg desloratadine;
Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, corn starch (dried), lactose, talc, macrogol 400, titanium dioxide (E 171), indigo (E 132).
Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any excipient or to loratadine.
The recommended dose of the preparation Desradin® is 1 tablet 1 time per day.
The preparation is used orally, regardless of food intake.

The safety and efficacy of the preparation in this dosage form for children under 12 years of age has not been established due to the lack of sufficient data.

In case of overdose, standard measures should be taken to remove the non-adsorbed active substance. Symptomatic and supportive treatment is recommended.
The most common side effects are fatigue, dry mouth, and headache. In adolescents aged 12 to 17, the most common side effect was headache.
In clinical studies, no clinically significant interactions were observed with the combined use of desloratadine tablets with erythromycin or ketoconazole.
Store at a temperature not exceeding 30 ° C in its original packaging to protect against moisture.
