Description

Indications.

Stable exertional angina;
vasospastic angina (Prinzmetal's angina)
arterial hypertension - both in monotherapy and in combination with other antihypertensive preparations.

DIACORDIN® 60 is intended for the treatment of adult patients.

Hypersensitivity to diltiazem or to excipients that are part of the preparation
cardiogenic shock on the background of myocardial infarction or heart failure;
severe arterial hypotension (systolic blood pressure below 90 mm Hg);
decompensated heart failure
acute myocardial infarction with a complicated course;
ventricular arrhythmia and/or extrasystoles
atrial flutter or fibrillation in Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome or Lown-Ganoga-Levin syndrome without implanted pacemakers;
conduction disturbances in the sinoatrial node (sinus node weakness syndrome);
AV-(AV) block II-III degree, except when the patient has a functioning ventricular pacemaker implanted;
bradycardia (heart rate less than 55 bpm)
left ventricular failure with congestive lungs;
simultaneous use with dantrolene infusion (see section "Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction");
use in combination with ivabradine (see section "Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction").

active ingredient: diltiazem;

1 tablet contains diltiazem hydrochloride 60 mg

excipients: lactose, mountain wax, methylated silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.

The dose should be selected individually for each patient.

Adults usually take 60 mg of diltiazem 3-4 times a day.

The maximum daily dose of diltiazem for adults is 360 mg.

Simultaneous administration of the preparation with other antihypertensive agents may require dose adjustment.
