    The dietary supplement Doppelherz Aktiv Ginkgo biloba Plus can be recommended by a doctor in dietary diets, as an additional source of flavonoid glycosides and vitamins, as well as:
    • to enhance mental and intellectual performance;
    • to improve blood circulation in the arms and legs: reducing the feeling of coldness, tingling and numbness in the limbs;
    • for the symptomatic treatment of tinnitus
    • with neurosensory deficiency of various origins (macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy)
    • in the complex treatment of dyscircular encephalopathy, manifested by: disorders of attention and / or memory, decreased intellectual abilities, a sense of fear, sleep disturbance

    Active ingredients

    Ginkgo biloba. The active ingredients of the extract are flavonoids, glycosides and terpenoids - plant substances with antioxidant properties. They dilate blood vessels, improve blood flow, inhibit platelet aggregation and regulate metabolism, and protect cells and tissues from damage caused by hypoxia. Bioflavonoids supply oxygen and energy to the brain, prevent the deterioration of mental activity, reduce the permeability of the vascular network (reduce edema, both at the level of the brain and peripheral tissues).
    Choline (or vitamin B4) is a substance that has a membrane-protective (protects cell membranes from destruction and damage), antidepressant and sedative effect.
    Vitamin B1 is essential for carbohydrate metabolism, nerve cells, heart muscle, and energy production.
    Vitamin B2 helps the brain use oxygen to enhance mental capacity.
    Vitamin B12 and Folic Acid. The combination of these vitamins is the most optimal for participation in the process of hematopoiesis and the formation of red blood cells, gives an additional positive effect on the function of the brain.
    Pantothenic acid is necessary for the normal course of oxidative processes, as well as the formation of hemoglobin, some hormones, and fats.
    Zinc is involved in the regulation of the functioning of the nervous system (in combination with B vitamins, it helps to normalize the functioning of the cerebellum, improve memory, alertness and mood)

    Mode of application

    Adults and children over 14 years of age take 2 tablets per day during or after meals.
    Recommended consumption period: 30 days, after a break of 1 month, repeated intake is possible. The further period of use is agreed with the doctor.
    Recommendations for patients with diabetes mellitus The daily dose (2 tablets) contains 6 kJ (kJ) / 2 kcal (kcal) and does not contain bread units.
