    Indications:

    The unique lipid complex from New Zealand green mussels contains many valuable nutrients, including a variety of lipids, omega-3 fatty acids, collagen, hyaluronic acid, glucosamine and chondroitin, which provide building materials to cartilage tissue.
    The preparation is recommended for people who need to take complete care of the motor apparatus:
    - low physical activity,
    - with overloaded joints (overweight, sport),
    - after 50 years of age.

    Features:

    Collagen, hyaluronic acid, glucosamine and chondroitin are the basic components that make up cartilage and synovial fluid. They participate in the production of proteoglycans, important components of connective tissue. Supplementing the diet with these ingredients and omega-3 fatty acids is recommended as you grow older and with overloaded joints.
    A specially selected set of vitamins and minerals to support:
    - collagen production (vitamin C), responsible, among others for the strength of articular cartilage,
    - security, including hearing aid, before the action of oxidants (vitamins C and E, Se and Zn),
    - functioning of connective tissues (Mn, Cu) and musculoskeletal apparatus (bones and muscles; Mg, vitamin D).

    Recommended daily intake:

    2 capsules daily after a meal; a portion can be divided into 2 meals. Fasting is not recommended. Use at least 2-3 months to achieve the desired effect.
    The functioning of the joints is favored by a healthy lifestyle, including exercise and a balanced diet. Dietary supplements may not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of small children.
