Dorzoptic Combi eye drops are a clear, somewhat astringent, colorless aqueous solution that is used to treat increased intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or pseudoexfoliative glaucoma.

Use during pregnancy and lactation
The preparation is used during pregnancy.
It is not known whether dorzolamide is excreted in breast milk. Timolol is secreted in breast milk. Therefore, breastfeeding should be stopped for the period of treatment.
