    Duphalac Fruit is an aqueous solution for oral use. Indicated in constipation: regulates the physiological functions of the colon; in cases where it is necessary to soften the stool for medical reasons (haemorrhoids, after operations in the colon or anus) and in hepatic encephalopathy (ECT): treatment and prevention of hepatic coma or pre-coma.

    Features:

    Duphalac Fruit contains the active substance lactulose, which has a laxative effect.

    Directions for use:

    The preparation should be used according to the doctor's instructions.
    The preparation is taken orally. Daily doses should be adjusted individually. The following information is indicative. Adults 15-45 m; children (7-14 years) 15 ml; children (1-6) 5-10 ml; infants 5 ml As a rule, doses may be reduced after a few days and adapted to the patient's needs. It is best to take the recommended dose of the preparation rug once with breakfast. The first clinical effects may not appear until several days. Higher doses or increasing the frequency of administration may be considered, if a positive response is not obtained after the first two days. Hepatic coma and pre-coma: 30-45 ml 3-4 times a day. Duphalac can be administered alone or mixed with liquids or food.

    Composition:

    1 ml of aqueous oral solution contains 667 g of lactulose per 1000 ml and excipients.
    Duphalac Fruit contains a plum flavor (15 mg / ml).
    Duphalac Fruit may contain small amounts of galactose and lactose.
