Enterogermina FORTE is a probiotic containing spores of a multidrug-resistant strain of Bacillus clausii, an antidiarrheal preparation for restoring intestinal microflora.
The spores of Bacillus clausii, which are present in the preparation, are usually present in the intestine and do not show pathogenic activity. Thanks to the action of Bacillus clausii, the preparation restores the intestinal microflora suppressed as a result of treatment with preparations that lead to dysbiosis. In addition, due to the ability of Bacillus clausii to synthesize various vitamins, especially of group B, the preparation helps to correct dysvitaminosis caused by the use of antibiotics or chemotherapy preparations. Can be used during pregnancy and lactation.
Probiotics have several functions in the human body:
They are:
Resistant to gastric juice, bile acids, antibacterial preparations.
They have a studied mechanism of action and a proven high safety profile.
Microorganisms of the Bacillus clausii strain are recommended by the World Gastroenterological Organization and are approved for use during pregnancy and lactation.
