    Indications

    Essentiale Max is a herbal medicine used in liver diseases. It reduces subjective complaints such as: lack of appetite, feeling of pressure in the right upper abdomen caused by liver damage as a result of an incorrect diet, the action of toxic substances or in the course of hepatitis.

    Effects 

    Essentiale MAX has a regenerative effect on the liver parenchyma, it is the highest dose of essential phospholipids in 1 capsule, which have a proven therapeutic effect, in experimental models it was observed that:
    • They have a hepatoprotective effect.
    • They protect in case of alcohol-related liver damage.
    • They protect in case of preparation-induced liver damage (e.g. caused by paracetamol).
    • They inhibit fatty liver.
    • They inhibit the process of liver fibrosis.

    Composition 

    The active substance of the preparation is (Phospholipidum essentiale) phospholipids from soybeans containing (3- sn-phosphatidyl) choline. 1 capsule contains 600 mg.
    Excipients: hardened fat (Witepsol W 35), refined soybean oil, α-tocopherol, hydrogenated castor oil, hardened fat (Witepsol S 55), ethanol 96%, ethyl vanillin, 4-methoxyacetophenone.

    Cover: gelatin, titanium dioxide (E 171), yellow iron oxide (E 172), black iron oxide (E 172), red iron oxide (E 172).

    Dosage 

    Unless your doctor recommends otherwise, the following dose is usually used:
    • Adults and children over 12 years of age: 3 x 1 capsule per day.
    • The capsules should be taken during meals, without chewing (with a glass of water, for example).

    Children and adolescents:
    Do not use Essentiale Max in children under 12 years of age.
    Capsules should be taken with meals, without chewing (e.g. with a glass of water).

    Important information:

    Essentiale Max should not be used in case of hypersensitivity to the active substance, soy, peanuts or any of the ingredients of the preparation. Due to the content of soybean oil, the preparation may cause allergic reactions.
