Flegatussin Caps is a preparation  for adults and adolescents over 12 years of age, indicated for use in the treatment of acute and chronic respiratory diseases with difficult expectoration of thick secretions.

Flegatussin Caps contains the active ingredient bromhexine hydrochloride, which liquefies the secretions from the respiratory tract and acts as an expectorant. Flegatussin Caps helps to expectorate and cleanse the bronchi.

Each capsule contains 8 mg of bromhexine hydrochloride. Excipients with known effect: liquid, partially dehydrated sorbitol (E 420), patent blue V (E 131). Capsule, soft. A blue, oval, soft capsule with a seam in the center, filled with an oily liquid.

Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: 8 mg (1 capsule) three times a day. Oral use. Do not use the product immediately before going to bed. Flegatussin Caps should be taken at regular intervals after a meal. Flegatussin Caps should not be used for more than 4 to 5 days without consulting a doctor. Usually, the preparation is used for 7 to 10 days. It is recommended to drink more fluids during treatment.
