Galazolin Combi nasal spray is indicated for:
Active ingredients: xylometazoline; dexpanthenol;
1 ml contains: 1 mg of xylometazoline hydrochloride and 50 mg of dexpanthenol;
One spray of 0.1 ml of solution contains 0.1 mg of xylometazoline hydrochloride and 5 mg of dexpanthenol;
Excipients: sodium phosphate dodecahydrate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, benzalkonium chloride, purified water.
For nasal use.
Galazolin Combi should be applied one spray to each nasal passage no more than three times a day. The dosage depends on individual sensitivity and clinical response.
Galazolin Kombi should not be used for more than 7 days, except when recommended by a doctor.

Overdose, especially in children, can lead to significant effects on the central nervous system, including spasms, coma, bradycardia, apnea and arterial hypertension, arterial hypotension may change.
Symptoms of central nervous system stimulation include anxiety, agitation, hallucinations, and seizures.
Severe overdose will require hospital treatment. Since xylometazoline hydrochloride is rapidly absorbed, you should immediately take activated charcoal (absorbent), sodium sulfate (laxative), or resort to gastric lavage (at high doses). Lowering blood pressure can be achieved with non-selective alpha blockers. Vasoconstrictor preparations are contraindicated. If necessary, use antipyretic and anticonvulsant preparations, as well as artificial respiration.
From the nervous system: agitation, insomnia, fatigue, drowsiness, sedation, hallucinations (especially in children), headache.
From the side of the cardiovascular system: systemic manifestations of the action of sympathomimetics, such as tachycardia, palpitations, increased blood pressure, arrhythmia.
From the immune system: hypersensitivity reactions, including angioedema, rash, itching.
From the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue: convulsions (especially in children).
On the part of the respiratory system, chest and mediastinum: discomfort from the nasal mucosa (dryness, burning), increased edema of the mucous membrane with a decrease in the effect of the preparation (reactive hyperemia), epistaxis, sneezing.
From the side of the organ of vision: transient visual impairment.
From the gastrointestinal tract: nausea.
Concomitant use with tranylcypromine, MAO inhibitors, tri- or tetracyclic antidepressants or β-adrenergic receptors can lead to an increase in blood pressure due to the effect of these preparations on the cardiovascular system.
Avoid the simultaneous use of xylometazoline with other sympathomimetic preparations (eg ephedrine, pseudoephedrine) through their joint action.
Store in its original packaging at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° C.
