Glicised Max is an additional source of the amino acid glycine and the macronutrient magnesium. These components (glycine and magnesium) are natural for the human body.

Glycine (aminoacetic acid) is a metabolic regulator and inhibitory neurotransmitter, has an antioxidant, antitoxic effect, regulates the activity of glutamate receptors.

The addition of glycine to the diet helps to lower high blood pressure and decrease the level of free fatty acids in blood plasma.

Magnesium is one of the main macronutrients necessary for the normal functioning of the human body:

takes part in the exchange of proteins, carbohydrates, lipids and nucleic acids, in the breakdown of glucose, elimination of toxins, assimilation of vitamins C, B1, B6;

regulates the transport of calcium and potassium into and out of cells, contributes to the normal functioning of the heart muscle, as well as relaxation of skeletal muscles and vasodilation;

Excipients: filler: sorbitol; baking powder: polyvinylpyrrolidone (crospovidone); flavoring: peppermint oil; humectant silicon dioxide aqueous, sweetener: saccharin; stabilizer: sodium stearyl fumarate.

Recommended as a dietary supplement to the diet as an additional source of the amino acid glycine and the mineral magnesium in order to reduce increased excitability and irritability, overcome anxiety and psycho-emotional stress in functional disorders of the nervous system (neurosis-like states, vegetative-vascular dystonia), support stress resistance and prevent the pathological consequences of stress , protecting the nervous system, increasing the body's endurance and resistance to various influences, improving mood, in stressful situations, chronic fatigue syndrome, to increase mental performance, improve sleep and fall asleep.

For adults, take 1 tablet 2 times a day. The tablet is kept in the mouth until it is completely absorbed (behind the cheek or under the tongue).

Duration of use is 14-30 days. If necessary, the course can be repeated. The dose and duration of use can be changed on the recommendation of a doctor.
