    Dietary supplement intended for adults Olimp Gold Omega 3 in soft capsules contains in its composition high-quality and concentrated cold-water fish oil, with 65% content of omega-3 fatty acids. Each capsule contains eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which have a positive effect on the proper functioning of the heart (a beneficial effect occurs when consuming a total of 250 mg of EPA and DHA per day), and DHA acid supports the maintenance of normal brain function and proper vision (beneficial effect occurs when consuming 250 mg of DHA daily).

    Application

    Supplementing the diet with essential omega-3 fatty acids.
    Recommended intake
    1-2 capsules a day.

    Components

    Fish oil (source of omega-3 acids), shell ingredients - gelatin, water, glycerol; D-alpha tocopherol (vitamin E).
    1 capsule contains:
    1000mg fish oil (65% omega-3 fatty acids), including: 33% eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 330mg, 22% docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 220mg, 10% other omega-3 acids 100mg; vitamin E 12 mg (100%) *.
    2 capsules contain:
    2000mg fish oil (65% omega-3 fatty acids), including: 33% eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 660mg, 22% docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 440mg, 10% other omega-3 acids 200mg; vitamin E 24 mg (200%) *.

    Warnings

    Before using Olimp Gold Omega 3, consult a doctor if:
