    Indications

    For the treatment of arterial hypertension in patients whose blood pressure is properly controlled by separate preparations, which are administered simultaneously in the same dose as in combination, but as separate tablets.

    Contraindications

    Contraindications associated with the use of ramipril:
    • history of angioedema (hereditary, idiopathic, or due to previous use of ACE inhibitors or angiotensin II receptor antagonists)
    • extracorporeal treatment, which causes blood to come into contact with negatively charged surfaces
    • severe bilateral stenosis of the renal arteries or stenosis of the renal artery of a single kidney
    • arterial hypotension or hemodynamically unstable conditions
    • hypersensitivity to the active substance.
    Contraindications associated with the use of amlodipine:
    • hypersensitivity to the active substance
    • severe arterial hypotension
    • shock (including cardiogenic shock)
    • left ventricular outlet narrowing (eg, severe aortic stenosis)
    • hemodynamically unstable heart failure after acute myocardial infarction.
    Contraindications associated with the use of ramipril / amlodipine:
    • Hypersensitivity to ramipril or ACE inhibitors (angiotensin enzyme) or to auxiliary components of the preparation, amlodipine, dihydropyridine derivatives.

    Compound

    active ingredients: 1 capsule contains 5 mg of ramipril and 5 mg of amlodipine (which corresponds to 6.95 mg of amlodipine besilate) or 5 mg of ramipril and 10 mg amlodipine (corresponding to 13.9 mg amlodipine besylate) or 10 mg ramipril and 5 mg amlodipine (corresponding to 6.95 mg amlodipine besylate) or 10 mg ramipril and 10 mg amlodipine (corresponding to 13.9 mg amlodipine besylate)
    Excipients: crospovidone, hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, glycerol dibehenate
    capsule composition (lid and base)
    • capsules 5 mg / 5 mg brilliant blue FCF + FD and C blue 1 (E 133), allure red AC + FD and C red 40 (E 129), titanium dioxide (E 171), gelatin
    • capsules of 5 mg / 10 mg iron oxide red (E172), titanium dioxide (E 171), azorubine, carmoisine (E 122), indigo (E 132), gelatin
    • capsules of 10 mg / 5 mg iron oxide red (E172), titanium dioxide (E 171), brilliant blue FCF + FD and C blue 1 (E 133), allure red AC + FD and C red 40 (E 129), gelatin
    • capsules 10 mg / 10 mg azorubine, carmoisine (E 122), indigo (E 132), titanium dioxide (E172), gelatin.

    Dosage and administration

    Hartil-AM is indicated in patients whose blood pressure is adequately controlled with single-component monocomponent preparations at the same doses recommended for the fixed combination.
    The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule of a dosage of 2.5 mg / 2.5 mg.
    Hartil-AM should be taken daily 1 time per day at the same time, regardless of food intake.
    Do not chew or crush the capsule.
