Hascosept is a medicine that contains benzydamine hydrochloride, an active substance with analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. The use of this preparation is indicated in the treatment of symptoms associated with inflammation of the mouth and throat, such as pain, redness, swelling and aphthae. The preparation is also used in the case of viral and bacterial infections within the oral cavity and in conditions after surgery in ENT and dentistry. Hascosept spray is intended for use in children and adults. For convenient use, the medicine bottle is equipped with an atomizer and an oral applicator.

Hascosept topical has an anesthetic and disinfectant effect. In contrast, benzydamine hydrochloride has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
The preparation is intended for use in the oral cavity. The tip of the applicator should be turned to the horizontal position, then put it in the mouth, point the applicator outlet towards the inflammatory focus and press the button firmly.
Children under 6 years of age: 1 dose of the preparation per 4 kg of body weight (each dose contains 0.14 ml of the solution), 2 to 6 times a day. Regardless of body weight, a single dose should not exceed 4 doses.
Children from 6 to 12 years: 4 doses of the preparation, 2 to 6 times a day.
Children over 12 years of age and adults: from 4 to 8 doses of the preparation from 2 to 6 times a day.
In case of doubts regarding the use of the preparation, taking more than the prescribed dose or accidentally swallowing the preparation, consult the doctor or pharmacist.
Before the first use, press the pump button several times to obtain the correct spray.
Hascosept should not be taken if you are hypersensitive to the active substance or any of the ingredients in this medicine.
Hascosept should be stored out of the reach and sight of children in the closed, original packaging at a temperature below 25 ° C.
Do not use the preparation after the expiry date stated on the carton.
The shelf life of the preparation after the first opening is 12 months.
