Hofitol is prescribed as a drug for improving choleretic and diuretic function in diseases of the liver, biliary tract and kidneys, such as cirrhosis of the liver, chronic non-calculous cholecystitis, hypokinetic biliary dyskinesia, chronic nephritis, chronic renal failure.

Before use, the solution must be shaken and diluted with water.

Adults take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) 3 times a day before meals.
