    Product description 

    Inoseda is a direct-acting antiviral agent. It is indicated for herpes infection and other viral diseases with confirmed disorders of the immune system.

    Compound

    1 tablet contains inosine pranobex 500 mg;
    other components: corn starch, povidone K90, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate.

    Contraindications

    Hypersensitivity to the active substance and / or to any excipient of the preparation.

    Mode of application

    The preparation should be used in a dose of 6-8 tablets per day, divided into 4-8 doses.
    The use of the preparation in the above dosage regimen is usually sufficient to treat most viral infections. The duration of treatment varies depending on the type of disease.
    The use of the preparation is continued for 1 or 2 days after the symptoms disappear.

    Application features

    The preparation should be used with caution in patients with gout (due to a possible increase in the level of uric acid in blood plasma and urine). With long-term treatment, regular monitoring of the level of uric acid in blood plasma and urine should be carried out.
    Pregnant
    Despite the absence of teratogenic effects in animals, in the first trimester of pregnancy, the use of the preparation is possible only when the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus.
    Children
    In this dosage form, the medicinal product is not intended for use in children. For children from 1 year old, the preparation should be used in the form of a syrup.
    Drivers
    Inosine does not affect the reaction rate when driving or using other mechanisms.

    Overdose

    Overdose cases were not observed. The half-lethal dose (LD50) exceeds the therapeutic dose of inosine by more than 40 times.

    Side effects

    The only permanent adverse reaction during treatment with inosine is a temporary increase in the level of uric acid in blood plasma and urine, which returns to the initial normal values ​​a few days after the end of treatment.

    Storage conditions

    Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 ºС out of the reach of children.
