The active substance in the product is sodium butyrate in a specially developed triglyceride matrix, which protects the nutrient from being absorbed in the stomach and helps deliver it to the colon. The matrix is made of properly selected, fully hydrogenated triglycerides of fatty acids from palm oil (Microencapsulated sodium butyrate technology). The granules in the sachet are insoluble in water and have an added natural cranberry flavor.
