    Product description

    Iprikson Neb is indicated for the treatment of bronchospasm in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) requiring therapy based on ipratropium bromide and salbutamol.

    Compound

    active ingredients: ipratropium bromide, salbutamol;
    1 ampoule of 2.5 ml contains 0.5 mg of ipratropium bromide (in the form of ipratropium bromide monohydrate) and 2.5 mg of salbutamol (in the form of salbutamol sulfate);
    excipients: sodium chloride, 1N hydrochloric acid solution, water for injection.

    Contraindications

    Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy or tachyarrhythmia.
    Hypersensitivity to ipratropium bromide, salbutamol, atropine and its derivatives.
    Age up to 12 years.

    Mode of application

    For inhalation use only. Iprixon Neb can be administered using an appropriate nebulizer or positive pressure non-invasive ventilation system after the single-dose ampoule has been opened and the contents have been transferred to the nebulizer reservoir. Apply the preparation with a nebulizer according to the instructions for this device. The solution in single-dose ampoules is intended for inhalation only and should not be taken orally or parenterally.

    Application features

    Pregnant
    Iprikson Neb should be used during pregnancy only if absolutely necessary; it is prescribed to pregnant women with caution (especially in the first trimester).
    Children
    Iprikson Neb is not recommended for children under 12 years of age due to the lack of data on the effectiveness and safety of use.
    Drivers
    Carefully.

    Overdose

    Acute effects of an overdose of ipratropium bromide (such as dry mouth, impaired accommodation) proceed quickly and without complications due to low systemic absorption after inhalation or ingestion. Therefore, all manifestations of an overdose are most likely associated with the action of salbutamol.

    Adverse Reactions

    The most common adverse reactions in clinical trials are: headache, throat irritation, cough, dry mouth, gastrointestinal motility disorders (including constipation, diarrhea, and vomiting), nausea and dizziness.

    Interaction

    Long-term use of the preparation Iprikson Neb with other anticholinergics has not been studied, therefore it is not recommended to take it with other anticholinergics for a long time.

    Storage conditions

    Store at a temperature not exceeding 30 ° C out of the reach of children. Do not freeze. Store in original packaging.
    Best before date. 3 years.
    After opening the envelope, the ampoules it contains should be used within 7 days.
