Kelotan gel from scars tube 15 g. Kelotan is a silicone gel for local use to improve the condition of the skin with new and old scars after operations, burns and other traumatic skin injuries.
Kelotan gel, quickly drying within a few minutes, forms an elastic, breathable, waterproof layer on the surface of the skin. This gel silicone layer binds to the stratum corneum, forming a protective barrier against chemical or physical attack and microbiological damage to the scar tissue, and promotes proper hydration. This provides optimal physiological conditions for scar healing and improves their aesthetic appearance.
for outdoor use only. Apply the gel in a thin layer on the affected area of the skin, previously cleaned and dried, 2 times a day. After the gel has dried, if necessary, you can apply an elastic bandage, sun protection or cosmetics. If the applied gel does not dry within 4–5 minutes, an excessive amount may have been used. Gently remove excess gel from skin and allow remaining gel to dry.
The recommended duration of gel use is 60-90 days. With large or obsolete scars, the period of use can be extended.
To prevent the formation of hypertrophic or keloid scars, use Kelotan gel immediately after the wound has healed or sutures have been removed.
Avoid direct contact with eyes, mucous membranes, third degree burns and open wounds. Do not use if the integrity of the skin is broken.
Before use, it is recommended to consult a doctor for more information.
