Kombisart N - treatment of essential hypertension in adult patients with blood pressure, adequately controlled by a combination of amlodipine, valsartan and hydrochlorothiazide, which are used as three separate preparations or as two preparations, one of which is combined.
Kombisart N - composition and release form of the preparation
Active ingredients: amlodipine, valsartan, hydrochlorothiazide;
1 tablet 5 mg / 160 mg / 12.5 mg contains: amlodipine besylate 6.94 mg, which corresponds to 5 mg of amlodipine; valsartan 160 mg, hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg;
excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, crospovidone, colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate;
shell: mixture for film coating OpadryIIWhite 32F280008 (hypromellose (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose); lactose, monohydrate; titanium dioxide (E 171); polyethylene glycol (macrogol));
Dosage form - film-coated tablets.
Kombisart N: how to take the preparation
The recommended dose of Kombisart N is 1 tablet per day, preferably in the morning.
Before switching to the use of the preparation Kombisart N, the patient's condition should be controlled by unchanged doses of monopreparations, which are taken simultaneously. The dose of the preparation Kombisart N should depend on the doses of the individual components of the combination used at the time of the preparation change.
The maximum recommended dose of Kombisart N is 10mg / 320mg / 25mg.
Kombisart N - contraindications, side effects
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to active ingredients, other sulfonamides, dihydropyridine derivatives or to any excipient.
Pregnancy, pregnancy planning.
Liver dysfunction, biliary cirrhosis or cholestasis.
Severe renal dysfunction (glomerular filtration rate (GFR) 1.73 m2), anuria, and dialysis.
Adverse reactions.
from the side of metabolism and nutrition: anorexia, hypercalcemia, hyperlipidemia, hyperuricemia, hypokalemia, hyponatremia;
from the psyche: insomnia / sleep disturbances; from the nervous system: impaired coordination, dizziness, postural dizziness, dizziness when straining, dysgeusia, headache, lethargy, paresthesia, peripheral neuropathy, neuropathy, drowsiness, syncope;
on the part of the organs of vision: visual impairment;
on the part of the hearing organs: vertigo;
from the side of the heart: tachycardia;
