    Indications

    Supportive in the treatment of skin diseases such as eczema, blemishes and chafes. In states of excessive dryness of the skin. To relieve the symptoms of psoriasis. The preparation can be used in children and infants with excessive dryness of the skin.

    Composition

    100 g of ointment contains: the active substance: virgin linseed oil from Linum usitatissimum L., semen (flax seed) (3: 1) 20 g and auxiliary substances: anhydrous lanolin, white petrolatum.

    Action

    The product covers the epidermis with a fatty layer that prevents water loss and restores proper hydration of the epidermis. By lubricating and moisturizing the skin, it reduces skin dryness and exfoliation, reducing the impact of unfavorable external factors. Polyunsaturated exogenous fatty acids, which are part of the active substance, normalize the functions of the skin and accelerate its regeneration, due to their participation in lipid metabolism, they are necessary to maintain the proper condition of the skin. This effect depends mainly on the content of the essential fatty acids linoleic acid and linolenic acid. These acids also have a positive effect on the maintenance and regeneration of the natural skin barrier.

    Dosage

    For external rubbing: 1-3 times a day. In psoriasis and eczema in children and infants, it is advisable to use the ointment 2-3 times a day. Lightly spread a thin layer of ointment directly on the affected area of ​​the skin or apply a thick layer over the applied dressing.

    Contraindications

    Allergy to lanolin or any component of the preparation and seborrheic eczema.
