Lorangin oral spray is indicated as an antibacterial and analgesic agent for the local treatment of diseases of the oral mucosa and oropharynx.
Active ingredients: hexetidine, choline salicylate, chlorobutanol hemihydrate;
50 ml of the solution contain 0.05 g of hexetidine, 0.25 g of choline salicylate, 0.125 g of chlorobutanol hemihydrate;
Excipients: propionic acid, sodium saccharin, polysorbate 20 lemon oil, anise oil, peppermint oil, cineole, ethanol 96%, menthol, methyl salicylate, purified water.

Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation;
Atrophic pharyngitis;
Bronchial asthma or any other respiratory disease associated with existing airway hypersensitivity.

The preparation contains ethanol. Drivers are not advised to drive a car within 30 minutes after using the preparation.

General disorders and condition of the site of application: local reactions - reversible discoloration of teeth and tongue; sensitivity of the mucous membrane, namely, burning, feeling of numbness; irritation (soreness, sensation of heat, itching) of the tongue and / or oral mucosa; decreased sensitivity; paresthesia of the mucous membrane; inflammation; bubbles; ulcers on the mucous membrane, sore throat, swelling at the site of contact, dryness of the nasal / throat mucosa.

Do not use in conjunction with preparations containing antiseptics.
Hexetidine can be inactivated with alkaline solutions.
