Lorano tablets are indicated for the symptomatic treatment of allergic rhinitis and chronic idiopathic urticaria.
Active substance: loratadine;
1 tablet contains loratadine 10 mg;
Excipients: lactose, magnesium stearate, corn starch, colloidal silicon dioxide.
Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to other components of the drug.
Orally. The tablets can be taken with or without food.
Pregnant
It is advisable, as a precautionary measure, to avoid the use of the drug during pregnancy.
Children
The efficacy and safety of using the drug in children under 2 years of age has not been established.
The drug should be used in children from 2 years of age with a body weight of more than 30 kg.

Loratadine overdose increases the incidence of anticholinergic symptoms. In case of an overdose, drowsiness, tachycardia and headache were noted. In case of overdose, symptomatic and supportive treatment is recommended for the required period of time. Standard measures are recommended to remove the drug that has not been absorbed from the stomach: gastric lavage, intake of crushed activated carbon with water.
Loratadine is not excreted by hemodialysis; it is not known whether loratadine is excreted by peritoneal dialysis.
After emergency care, the patient should remain under control.
Side effects such as headache, nervousness, or fatigue were reported between the ages of 2 and 12. Drowsiness, headache, increased appetite and insomnia were noted in adults and children over 12 years of age.
With simultaneous use with alcohol, the effects of loratadine are not enhanced, which is confirmed by studies of psychomotor function.
