    Lutezan Omega 3 is a dietary supplement that contains a specially selected composition of carotenoids (lutein and zeaxanthin), vitamins and minerals important for the proper functioning of the human body, including zinc, which helps maintain proper vision.

    Components

    Fish oil with Omega-3 fatty acids: eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), gelatin, Tagetes erecta flower extract, containing 20% ​​lutein and 4% zeaxanthin, zinc gluconate (zinc), soybean oil fully hydrogenated, humectant: glycerol, refined soybean oil, sorbitol, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), emulsifier: soy lecithin, sodium selenate (IV) (selenium), vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), gluconate copper (II; copper), reduced L-glutathione (gL-glutamyl-L-cysteinylglycine), pigments: iron oxides and hydroxides.
    1 capsule contains: Tagetes erecta flower extract containing 20% ​​lutein and 4% zeaxanthin 60 mg (including 12 mg lutein, 2.4 mg zeaxanthin); 250mg fish oil (at least 40mg EPA and at least 26mg DHA), vitamin C 30mg (37.5%) *, vitamin E 3.35mg (28%) *, L-glutathione 1mg, zinc 7.5mg (75%) *, selenium 25mcg (45%) *, copper 0.5 mg (50%) *.

    In my opinion, the most beneficial composition among eye supplements. I have used various tablets, but recently only Lutezan. I work at the computer, and I also have TV and PC at home and my eyes don't hurt. The defect doesn't get any bigger for me either, so I highly recommend it :)
