    Pharmacological properties

    Pharmacodynamics. Macmiror complex is a combined preparation with active ingredients nifuratel and nystatin. Nifuratel is a chemical medicinal substance synthesized by the poli research laboratory, effective against Trichomonas, bacteria and fungal microorganisms.
    Nystatin is an antifungal antibiotic that is effective in the treatment of candidiasis.
    The combination of nifuratel and nystatin has an effective effect on fungi, Trichomonas and bacteria, while the interaction of the two active substances does not have negative effects, and they also complement and enhance the antifungal effect of each other.
    Pharmacokinetics. The substances that make up the preparation are not absorbed by the soft tissues of the body and do not have a systemic effect.

    Indications

    Complex therapy of vulvovaginal infections caused by pathogens sensitive to the preparation: bacteria, Trichomonas, candida fungi.

    Application

    Vaginal capsules. 1 vaginal capsule should be administered every night before bedtime. to achieve the maximum therapeutic effect, it is necessary to insert the capsule into the upper part of the vagina.
    The course of treatment is 8 days.
    Vaginal cream. Apply 2.5 g of vaginal cream 1 or 2 times a day, in the morning and / or in the evening.
    The required dose of vaginal cream is injected using a syringe dispenser.
    The procedure for using a syringe dispenser. Screw the syringe dispenser onto the tube of vaginal cream, press the tube so that the required amount of cream enters the dispenser (look at the marks that indicate the amount in grams). Disconnect the syringe from the tube, insert the syringe into the vagina, pushing the plunger. If necessary, you can detach the tip from the plunger and attach the tip to the other side of the syringe before inserting it into the vagina.
