Manurin is a modern herbal antiseptic based on D-mannose and standardized plant extracts produced by EUSA (France).
The unique combination of these ingredients makes it possible to use MANURIN® to enhance the effectiveness of traditional agents used in antibiotic therapy of the urinary system, including microflora resistance to them, and sometimes as an alternative to antibiotic therapy.
D - Mannose is a monosaccharide that is partially metabolized by the microbiota and the body, and a significant part is excreted almost unchanged, into the bladder, where it performs its protective action against pathogenic bacteria that cause the most common urinary tract infections. D-mannose slows down the adhesion of Escherichia coli bacteria to the epithelial cells of the bladder mucosa (slows down the adhesion of E. coli to the epithelium of the urinary tract) and thus promotes their excretion along with urine, preventing the colonization of the urinary system by microorganisms and, as a result, the development of inflammation.
Cranberry extract - the extract of whole cranberries, which is part of the MANIRIN® preparation, standardized for the content of type A proanthocyanidins - each capsule contains 144 mg of cranberry extract, which corresponds to 36 mg of proanthocyanidins A. Protocyanidins A, inhibit reproduction and provide a powerful antiadhesive effect of Escherichia bacteria coli (prevent E. coli from sticking to the epithelium of the urinary tract), the main causative agent of urinary tract infections.
Cranberry berry extract influences the regulation of urine acidity, maintains salts in a soluble state, prevents the formation of stones, has an anti-inflammatory, diuretic and bactericidal effect.
Orthosiphon staminate extract (renal tea) - a strong diuretic - doubles the volume of secreted fluid. During administration, chlorides, lead, uric acid and urea are actively excreted from the body; spasms of smooth muscles are removed, the function of the renal tubules improves, metabolism is normalized. Together with the withdrawal of urea and uric acid, pain decreases, burning sensation decreases, irritated mucous membranes calm down and the activity of the bladder normalizes.
MANURIN® eliminates urinary tract infections as quickly as traditional antibiotics, but much safer;
MANURIN® help to reduce the risk of urinary tract infections in persons:
with recurrent urinary tract infections (including when exposed to stress factors, climate change, unfavorable hygienic conditions);
with postmenopausal women, diabetes mellitus;
in women who are sexually active and / or use mechanical contraceptive devices.
Sensitivity to components, children under 12 years of age, gastritis, gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, severe hypotension.
Adults take 1 capsule 1-2 times a day or 2 capsules 1-2 times a day, depending on the condition, preferably some time after a meal and when emptying the bladder, drink plenty of water.
To be more effective, it is recommended to drink plenty of water (1.5 - 2 liters) throughout the day to stimulate the flow of urine.
The term of use is 3-7 days.
