    Grinday Mind Up is a dietary supplement in the form of capsules based on standardized plant extracts of Korean ginseng (Panax ginseng), Rhodiola Rosea and Withania somnifera, supplemented with choline and L-tyrosine.
    Korean ginseng is an ingredient that supports the maintenance of mental fitness, contributes to the maintenance of proper blood circulation, which is important for the proper functioning of the brain. In addition, ginseng contributes to the maintenance of physical and mental fitness, also in the case of weakness, exhaustion and reduced concentration. At the same time, Rhodiola rosea contained in the preparation, called an adaptogen, supports the nervous system and can help the body adapt to emotional stress and physical exertion. Additionally, it contributes to maintaining proper mental activity and cognitive functions. Also, ashwagandha is known for its adaptogenic properties, thanks to which it helps in maintaining proper physical and mental fitness, including in situations of weakness, exhaustion or loss of concentration.
    The Grinday Mind Up formula was developed with adults in mind, including those on a vegan diet.

    Application

    Supplementing the diet with active ingredients of the preparation.

    Recommended intake

    • Adults: 1 capsule twice a day.
    • Take one capsule with a meal in the morning and during the day and drink about 300 ml of water.
    • It is not recommended to take the dietary supplement in the evening before bedtime.

    Ingredients

    4: 1 Korean ginseng root extract (Panax ginseng), including 5% ginsenosides; capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; choline bitartrate; L-tyrosine; 6: 1 ashwagandha root extract KSM-66 (Withania somnifera), including 5% withanolides; rice bran extract; Rhodiola rosea root extract 8: 1 (Rhodiola rosea L.), including 3% rosavins.
    2 capsules contain:
    ashwagandha root extract 400 mg, including withanolides 28 mg, including vitaferin A 1 mg, other alkaloids 4 mg; 300 mg Korean ginseng root extract, including 15 mg ginsenosides; L-tyrosine 200 mg, Rhodiola rosea root extract 100 mg, including rosavin 3 mg, choline 100 mg.
