    Product description

    The product contains highly absorbable calcium from Atlantic algae (Lithothanium sp.), Microencapsulated vitamin K2-MK7 for high stability and bioavailability, and vitamin D3. Vitamins D and K help maintain healthy bones. Beneficial effects are achieved when consuming at least 1200 mg of calcium and 20 mcg of vitamin D from all sources.

    Application

    Supplementing the diet with active ingredients of the preparation.

    Recommended intake

    A maximum of 2 tablets a day. Take the tablet with a meal.

    Components

    Seaweed calcium, calcium carbonate, bulking agent: cellulose, menaquinone - 7 (vitamin K2), cholecalciferol (vitamin D), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, coating (thickeners: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and hydroxypropylcellulose, binder: talc, color : E171).
    1 tablet contains: vitamin D 25mcg (500%) *, vitamin K 37.5mcg (50%) *, calcium 300mg (38%) *.
    2 tablets contain: Vitamin D 50mcg (1000%) *, Vitamin K 75mcg (100%) *, Calcium 600mg (75%) *.

    Warnings

    Particular care should be taken if allergic reactions of any type to products containing vitamins D and K have been found. to blood clots. Do not use in the case of: tuberculosis, sarcoidosis, some types of lymphoma.

    Very good product. It contains many ingredients in one tablet. It helps in the treatment of osteoporosis. Vitamin D helps to reduce the loss of bone minerals, and vitamin K helps maintain healthy bones. I would highly recommend.

    So far I only use this product with vitamin. D. I cannot compare with other preparations. I've been using 1 tablet a day for a few months now. Now it will not hurt for the fall and winter period and I think it will help
